Hi there,
I’m a dancer from Poland and I’m going to SF in November this year to get classes of gothic bellydance from mistress Ariellah. I will spend in US 4 weeks.
I have only one problem, I can’t find a place to stay.
I was looking for on various “find-your-roomate” websites, but without any result.
So maybe you have or know anybody who have a room or even couch for rent in San Francisco or Oakland. I’m able to pay about 400 – 500$ for month.

I’m quiet, non smoking person who just love to dance.

Sun, October 26, 2008 - 5:22 AMUnfortunately, and I vouch from personal experience, a Parking Space in a Garage costs $300/month when you're in San Francisco.
For a 'room', that would most likely be subletted, you'd be lucky to find one for $800-$900

30 miles from SF is definitely to far... I will be without a car.

Tue, November 11, 2008 - 1:06 PMI just moved out of a communal warehouse into a solo of my own in the same building, and there is a tiny room that we kept for short-term guests... definitely within your budget and in Oakland, easy access to BART... if you are interested let me know and I will I talk to my ex-roomates, we still hang out.
